Call-in service only. LRIS staff cannot provide legal advice but can offer callers a free consultation with an attorney, either by brief telephone call or a 30-minute in-office visit. Referral is based on specific need. If client wishes to retain attorney, he or she does so at attorney’s regular rate. LRIS does not offer income-based referrals. Hours: Mon. - Fri., 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. and 1 p.m.- 4 p.m.
